About this program
The Neighborhood Business Access Program provides loans for working capital, startup costs, equipment purchases, and business expansion. The program is supported by federal Community Development Block Grant funds and targets neighborhood business vitality and job creation.
Eligibility
Boston small businesses starting, stabilizing, or expanding in city neighborhoods and able to meet underwriting and CDBG-related eligibility requirements.
Requirements
- Submit the NBAP loan application
- Provide business and financial documentation
- Use funds for eligible business purposes
