Organizations providing HCBS direct care services in New Hampshire to individuals/children with developmental disabilities and adults/children served by the behavioral health system.
Requirements
- Must provide HCBS direct care services in New Hampshire
- Must serve populations with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
- Must develop innovative workforce recruitment or retention solutions
