About this program
The City of Davenport FRESH Initiative supports new or existing food-industry businesses located on the Rockingham Corridor. Eligible businesses can include restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, catering services, goods production, and drive-through eateries, with grant support for eligible project costs.

New or existing food-related businesses located on the Rockingham Corridor in Davenport.
Requirements
- Meet with the EICC Small Business Development Center for initial consultation
- Provide three years of financial projections, business plan, project cost estimates, and lease or purchase agreement if applicable
- Submit completed materials to City of Davenport Economic Development
