Dane County’s Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund provides low-interest loans to businesses and organizations outside Madison that create or retain jobs for low- and moderate-income Dane County residents.
Eligibility
Businesses and organizations located in Dane County outside Madison, including McFarland, with eligible projects creating or retaining jobs for low- and moderate-income residents.
Requirements
- Apply through the Dane County CDBG revolving loan fund process
- Provide project plan, financials, private financing, job creation or retention commitments, and LMI benefit documentation
- Meet CDBG, underwriting, eligible-use, repayment, and reporting requirements
