Georgia Loan Participation Program (GA LPP)
An SSBCI-funded program where the State of Georgia purchases up to 25% (30% for CDFI/MDI banks) of a loan made by a participating lender to an eligible Georgia small business. Helps small businesses access bank financing on better terms.
About this program
Borrower applies through the participating lender, not directly to DCA. Lenders are capped at 3% fees and 18% interest with no prepayment penalties. Maximum participation is currently $250,000 depending on program liquidity. SSBCI does not offer grants - this is a loan participation program only.
