Eligibility
Nonprofit organizations serving the 40 tobacco-dependent localities in southern and southwestern Virginia. Local governments and nonprofits serving those localities are eligible.
Requirements
- Must be a nonprofit serving tobacco-dependent localities in southern or southwest Virginia
- Project must enhance economic growth in the region
- Must apply through the Tobacco Region Revitalization Commission
