Eligibility
Eligible applicants are Pennsylvania residents with disabilities who qualify for vocational rehabilitation services and whose individualized employment goal may include self-employment or business ownership.
Requirements
- Have a disability that creates a substantial impediment to employment.
- Apply for OVR services and be determined eligible.
- Work with an OVR counselor on an individualized plan for employment.
