Local arts councils and nonprofit arts organizations in North Carolina partnering with the NC Arts Council.
Requirements
- Must be a local arts council or qualifying nonprofit organization in North Carolina
- Must demonstrate high artistic merit programming
- Must be a 501(c)(3) or governmental entity
