Eligibility
Eligible applicants include businesses, corporations, partnerships, sole proprietorships, schools, nonprofits, and higher education institutions supporting the Pennsylvania dairy industry, including dairy processors and value-added processing projects.
Requirements
- Propose an eligible dairy research, organic transition, value-added processing, or marketing project in Pennsylvania.
- Provide the required 15 percent cash match.
- Submit the application, budget, applicant information, and project description during an open grant round.
