About this program
Fort Worth administers HOME Investment Partnerships funds to preserve and expand affordable housing. Funds can support eligible affordable rental housing, homeownership assistance, acquisition, rehabilitation, and development activities for income-qualified households.
Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing organizations, CHDOs, and eligible project sponsors with qualifying Fort Worth housing projects.
Requirements
- Apply through the city housing and consolidated planning process
- Provide site control, project budget, financing stack, affordability commitments, and development capacity documentation
- Comply with HOME income, affordability, environmental review, reporting, and long-term compliance requirements
