Eligibility
Indiana 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations that can demonstrate they are at high risk of a terrorist attack. NSGP-S requires location outside Marion and Hamilton counties.

- Must demonstrate high risk of terrorist attack
- NSGP-S applicants must be located outside Marion and Hamilton counties
