About this program
The Northern Kentucky Port Authority works with local governments and development partners on real estate, land reuse, brownfield, infrastructure, and economic development projects across the region, including Covington projects where eligible.
Eligibility
Eligible public agencies, developers, property owners, and public-private projects in Northern Kentucky.
Requirements
- Coordinate with the Port Authority and local government partners
- Provide project scope, site, infrastructure, financing, environmental, and public benefit information
- Meet board approval, legal, financing, and compliance requirements
