Eligibility
Applies to Hawaii medical cannabis dispensary licensees and related regulated activities under Chapter 329D and Department of Health rules.
Requirements
- Operate under an active Hawaii medical cannabis dispensary license or applicable Department of Health approval.
- Comply with Department of Health rules for production centers, retail dispensing locations, manufactured products, packaging, safety, security, recordkeeping, and inspections.
- Follow all current state medical cannabis laws, administrative rules, and Department of Health guidance.
