Labor Education Advancement Program (LEAP) Grant
The LEAP Grant provides funding to community-based organizations, nonprofits, and Minnesota Tribal governments to introduce, support, and place people of color, indigenous people, and women into registered apprenticeship programs in construction and skilled trades.

Eligibility
Community-based organizations, nonprofit organizations, and Minnesota Tribal governments working to connect underrepresented groups to registered apprenticeship programs. Construction-related recipients have been funded in prior years.
Requirements
- Be a community-based organization, nonprofit, or MN Tribal government
- Program must place participants in registered apprenticeship programs
- Apply through Minnesota DLI LEAP Grant process
