Service-cancelable loan repayment of up to $150,000 paid annually over four years to licensed physicians who commit to full-time practice in underserved rural Georgia counties.

Eligibility
Licensed physicians in Georgia agreeing to practice full-time in a Georgia county approved by the Board, typically with population of 50,000 or less.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed physician in Georgia
- Must commit to full-time practice in an underserved rural Georgia county (population 50,000 or less)
- Minimum 40 hours per week with at least 32 hours of direct patient contact
