Allows new and expanding tech and advanced-manufacturing businesses to operate tax-free for 10 years on or near eligible SUNY, CUNY, or private college campuses in New York State.

Eligibility
New businesses or existing NY businesses expanding or relocating; must partner with an eligible NY college or university; must align with the university mission; retail and restaurant businesses are excluded.
Requirements
- Must be a new business in New York State or an existing NY business expanding
- Must partner with an approved New York State college or university
- Business must align with the academic mission of the partnering institution
