Eligibility
Eligible applicants are businesses where 51 percent or more of ownership interest is held by one or more members of a socially disadvantaged group and that meet Nevada SBA certification terms.
Requirements
- Have at least 51 percent ownership held by one or more minority owners.
- Submit the Nevada SBA minority-owned business certification application.
- Provide owner identification, business registration, ownership, and affidavit documentation required by the certifier.
