Eligibility
Businesses making improvements to real property located within a city-designated Renaissance Zone. Eligible activities include purchase, rehabilitation, new construction, leasehold improvements, and historical restoration.
Requirements
- Business or property must be located in a designated Renaissance Zone
- Must obtain Certificate of Good Standing from ND Tax Department
- Project must be approved by the local Renaissance Zone authority
