NC's premier workforce development initiative since 1958, NCEdge provides no-cost customized training through 58 community colleges to North Carolina employers, including construction and trades businesses, addressing skill gaps with targeted, job-ready training programs.

Eligibility
North Carolina businesses creating or expanding jobs. Includes contractors, construction companies, and specialty trades businesses. The cost of training is covered by the State of NC through the NC Community College System.

- Training must address documented skill needs
