About this program
The Redevelopment Agency of West Jordan uses project areas and tax increment financing to support redevelopment, infrastructure, job growth, and urban renewal. Participation agreements can help make qualified projects competitive when they advance adopted project area goals.
Eligibility
Businesses, developers, property owners, and project sponsors with eligible projects in West Jordan redevelopment or survey areas.
Requirements
- Coordinate with West Jordan RDA and economic development staff before project commitment
- Provide project scope, site information, investment, jobs, budget, financing gap, and public benefit details
- Secure RDA approval and comply with participation agreement, performance, and reporting requirements
