About this program
The Delaware Early-Stage Venture Capital Program is an SSBCI-funded investment program for high-growth early-stage businesses. It is intended to increase the availability of venture capital for Delaware companies with strong growth potential, particularly those commercializing technology, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, and other innovation-driven products or services.
Eligibility
Eligible Delaware early-stage businesses with high-growth potential may seek venture capital support through approved program channels.
Requirements
- Business must be located in Delaware or meet Delaware operating requirements.
- Company must be an eligible early-stage business under SSBCI rules.
- Applicant must present a scalable business model and growth plan.
