National Grid’s Upstate New York Small Business Program offers no-cost facility audits and direct installation of certain energy efficiency measures for eligible small business customers. Buffalo businesses can receive lighting and efficiency upgrades that reduce operating costs.

Eligible National Grid upstate New York small business customers with qualifying average monthly demand and facilities.
Requirements
- Confirm National Grid customer and usage eligibility
- Schedule facility audit and approve recommended measures
- Complete installation and any customer contribution documentation required by the program
