Eligibility
Minnesota-based small businesses at least 51% owned by a woman, racial minority, person with a substantial physical disability, or veteran. Must register through the Minnesota Small Business Certification Portal.
Requirements

- Must register through the Minnesota Small Business Certification Portal at sbcp.mn.gov
