About this program
North Las Vegas participates in HUD HOME funding for affordable housing activities serving low-income households. HOME resources can support rental housing development, rehabilitation, homeownership assistance, and other eligible housing strategies included in local and regional plans.
Eligibility
Affordable housing developers, nonprofit housing organizations, public agencies, and housing partners serving low-income households in North Las Vegas.
Requirements
- Meet HOME income, affordability, eligible cost, and property standards
- Submit development budget, site control, financing plan, and long-term affordability commitments
- Complete underwriting, environmental review, and federal compliance requirements
