Eligibility
Eligible commercial property owners or tenants with owner authorization in New Haven commercial corridors or targeted redevelopment areas.
Requirements
- Apply before starting construction or purchasing materials
- Provide project scope, photos, estimates, ownership or lease documentation, and permits if required
- Complete approved improvements and submit invoices, photos, and completion documentation
