Eligibility
Unemployed, low-income Kentucky residents age 55+ in the 54 eastern Kentucky counties served by Goodwill's SCSEP program; preference given to individuals with disabilities, veterans and veteran spouses, and those most in need of training.
Requirements
- Age 55 or older
- Unemployed and low-income (at or below 125% federal poverty level)
- Resident of one of the 54 eastern Kentucky counties served by Goodwill SCSEP
