Eligibility
Eligible applicants are businesses making qualifying Nebraska investments and creating jobs in approved business activities, including manufacturing under NAICS 31-33 and pre-production services.
Requirements
- Perform qualified business activities in Nebraska, including manufacturing or eligible pre-production services.
- Meet the applicable ImagiNE Nebraska application level for job creation, wage thresholds, and capital investment.
- File an application with the Nebraska Department of Economic Development before claiming incentives.
