About this program
JEA's Enhanced Economic Development Program provides additional utility-related financial incentives for larger qualifying business expansion or relocation projects. The program is intended to support economic growth in Northeast Florida alongside the City of Jacksonville and JAXUSA Partnership.
Eligibility
Larger qualifying JEA business customers with eligible expansion, load growth, and job creation projects.
Requirements
- Meet enhanced program thresholds
- Enter into an approved Electric Service Agreement
- Maintain compliance with load, job, and service terms
