WINN funds employer-driven workforce training programs through Nevada's community colleges, supporting trades businesses and their workers by covering equipment purchases, curriculum development, and other training investments.

Eligibility
Nevada employers partnering with an authorized provider (Nevada System of Higher Education community college institution) to train workers in high-demand fields including construction trades and welding. Applications must be completed by an Authorized Provider on behalf of the employer partnership.
Requirements
- Must partner with a Nevada System of Higher Education community college
- Application submitted by an Authorized Provider per NRS 231.1415
- Separate application required for each training program
