Eligibility
Qualified people who are blind may be trained and licensed to operate vending facilities and certain other businesses through Colorado's Business Enterprise Program.
Requirements
- Be a qualified person who is blind under program rules
- Complete Business Enterprise Program training and licensing requirements
- Meet operator standards before bidding on or operating an assigned business enterprise location
