About this program
The City of Scottsdale receives Community Development Block Grant funds from HUD to develop viable urban communities through decent housing, suitable living environments, expanded economic opportunities, public services, and community facilities primarily benefiting low- and moderate-income residents.
Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit organizations, public agencies, housing partners, and community project sponsors serving qualifying Scottsdale residents or eligible neighborhoods.
Requirements
- Apply through the annual Scottsdale CDBG and federal funding allocation process
- Demonstrate CDBG eligible activity and national objective
- Provide project scope, budget, beneficiaries, compliance records, and reporting
