Business or property owners located in Ypsilanti DDA districts, including Downtown, Depot Town, and West Cross/Campus Town, with eligible improvement projects.
Requirements
- Submit YDDA grant application and checklist by the published deadline
- Provide project scope, budget, contractor estimates, match documentation, and district eligibility information
- Receive approval before beginning reimbursable work and complete the project by program deadlines
