About this program
The Idaho Falls Downtown Development Corporation facade grant helps downtown business and property owners improve historic building exteriors through sign, awning, canopy, architectural, engineering, permit, and construction support, using HUD CDBG funds administered by the City of Idaho Falls.
Eligibility
Eligible downtown Idaho Falls business owners and property owners with qualifying facade improvement projects.
Requirements
- Review the current Facade Improvement Application Packet
- Submit project scope, matching funds, design materials, permits, and ownership or tenant documentation
- Receive approval from IFDDC and the City of Idaho Falls Grants Administration Office before beginning reimbursable work
