Tax refunds of up to $2,500 per job created for businesses including tech companies that locate or expand on eligible brownfield sites in Florida and demonstrate fixed capital investment of at least $2 million.

Eligibility
Businesses with a Brownfield Site Rehabilitation Agreement (BSRA) that make at least $2 million fixed capital investment in eligible brownfield areas and create new jobs.
Requirements

- Fixed capital investment of at least $2 million
- Must create net new jobs in the brownfield area
