Eligibility
Eligible businesses must be at least 51 percent owned, operated, managed, and controlled by LGBTQ individuals who are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents.
Requirements
- Create a MyNGLCC business profile.
- Submit ownership, control, business, and LGBTQ-status supporting documents.
- Complete site visit and National Certification Committee review requirements.
