Omaha 100 is a certified CDFI that provides access to mortgage, small business, consolidation, and credit enhancement loan products along with financial education. Small business loan tools can help entrepreneurs who need flexible credit support in Omaha.

Eligible Omaha small businesses, entrepreneurs, and residents meeting Omaha 100 underwriting and program requirements.
Requirements
- Submit loan request, financial documentation, business information, and owner information
- Participate in required counseling or technical assistance when applicable
- Complete underwriting, closing, collateral, and repayment requirements
