About this program
Bangor’s CDBG eligible activities include provision of assistance to for-profit businesses to carry out economic development and job creation or retention activities. Businesses and partner programs may use this pathway when projects meet HUD national objectives and local priorities.
Eligibility
For-profit businesses and economic development projects in Bangor that meet CDBG economic development and low- or moderate-income benefit rules.
Requirements
- Meet CDBG economic development eligibility and national objective requirements
- Document job creation, job retention, or other eligible benefit
- Provide business plan, budget, financial, and compliance documentation
