About this program
Anchorage receives HOME Investment Partnerships funds to support affordable housing projects and services for qualified residents. Eligible nonprofit and development partners may use funding for housing development, rehabilitation, tenant-based assistance, and related affordable housing activities approved by the municipality.

Eligible affordable housing developers, nonprofits, public agencies, and community partners serving income-qualified Anchorage residents.
