Eligibility
Eligible applicants are small businesses primarily owned, controlled, and managed by one or more qualifying minority individuals who are U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents and meet Rhode Island MBE certification criteria.
Requirements
- Be a small business owned, controlled, and managed by one or more qualifying minority individuals.
- Provide required ownership, control, management, business formation, tax, and financial documentation.
- Submit the MBE certification application through the Rhode Island DEDI process.
