Employers and labor organizations in Hawaii that operate or wish to register apprenticeship programs in construction trades. Must register with the State Apprenticeship Council (SAC) under DLIR.
Requirements
- Must register apprenticeship program with Hawaii State Apprenticeship Council
- Program must combine on-the-job learning with related training instruction
- Employer or sponsor must comply with DLIR apprenticeship standards
