Eligibility
Oregon businesses that are at least 51 percent owned, controlled, and operated by one or more qualifying minority owners may apply for Minority Business Enterprise certification through COBID.
Requirements
- Register the business with the Oregon Secretary of State
- Demonstrate at least 51 percent minority ownership and control
- Provide ownership, management, tax, and business documentation
