Organizations serving older adults in Colorado and aligned with Next50 priority areas may be eligible when the Colorado Organizational Resiliency opportunity is open.
Requirements
- Serve or seek to serve older adults in Colorado
- Align work with one or more Next50 priority areas
- Submit application materials and affirm review of Next50 grant agreement requirements
