About this program
The City of Colorado Springs Housing and Homelessness Response Department awards Community Development Block Grant Public Services funds to local nonprofits and public agencies that provide eligible services benefiting low- and moderate-income residents.
Eligibility
Local 501(c)(3) or 509(a) nonprofits and public agencies serving eligible Colorado Springs residents and meeting HUD CDBG public service requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through the city competitive funding process when open
- Document nonprofit status, service model, beneficiaries, budget, and low- to moderate-income benefit
- Comply with federal reporting, monitoring, procurement, and recordkeeping requirements
