About this program

The Small Business Vitality Assistance Program was funded through the City of Albany’s ARPA award and administered through district and community partners including the Central Avenue BID, Downtown Albany BID, Arbor Hill Development Corporation, Albany Chapter of the NAACP, and SBDC.
