Eligibility
Small business that is at least 51% owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals. Women who have experienced racial or ethnic prejudice or cultural bias qualify as socially disadvantaged. Net worth under $750,000 (excluding home and business equity), adjusted gross income averaged over 3 years under $350,000, and assets under $6 million.
