SBA HUBZone Program
The SBA HUBZone program helps small businesses in historically underutilized areas compete for set-aside federal contracts, including many tribal and rural South Dakota areas.

Eligibility
South Dakota small businesses may qualify if their principal office is in a HUBZone, at least 35 percent of employees live in a HUBZone, and the business meets SBA ownership and size rules.
Requirements
- Meet SBA small business size standards.
- Have the principal office located in a qualified HUBZone.
- Maintain at least 35 percent of employees residing in HUBZones.
