Eligibility
West Virginia residents enrolling in certificate or associate degree programs in high-demand fields (such as IT or healthcare) at participating West Virginia public two- or four-year institutions. Priority given to high-demand field programs as determined by the WV Department of Commerce.
Requirements

- Must enroll in certificate or associate degree program at participating WV public institution
- Program must be in a high-demand field as identified by WV Department of Commerce
