WIOA provides funding to approved nonprofit training providers delivering adult education, dislocated worker, and youth workforce development services in Kentucky. Organizations can also receive Statewide Reserve Fund grants for innovative workforce approaches.

Eligibility
Nonprofit organizations in Kentucky eligible to become approved WIOA training providers. Also includes 501(c)(3) organizations eligible for Statewide Reserve Fund grants supporting innovative workforce development.
Requirements
- Must be a nonprofit or 501(c)(3) organization in Kentucky
- Must apply for and receive WIOA training provider approval
- Must meet performance standards for program completion and job placement
