Eligibility
Eligible nonprofit and public agencies providing ESG-eligible homeless services to Oakland residents under HUD and city requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through Oakland homelessness or federal funding process when ESG funds are available
- Document ESG eligible activity, target population, budget, match, HMIS, and performance outcomes
- Comply with federal procurement, reporting, and grant requirements
