$1,000 per full-time STEM employee per year (for 5 years) income tax credit for companies hiring degreed scientific or technical staff in conjunction with university R&D partnerships.

Mississippi companies partnering with public universities for R&D that employ full-time staff with at minimum a bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field.
